Through this page, you can pay via Paypal (by prior arrangement only; please don’t pay before confirming availability.) Two night minimum (and three night minimum over holidays). For any nights over three, rate is discounted at half price. Paypal has an option to pay by credit card if you’re not a member.

Summer (May 15-September 14)
Nightly Rate, first three nights, $375 plus 11% hotel tax = $416.25.
Nightly Rate for additional nights over three, $275 plus 11% hotel tax = $305.25.
Holiday Rate, first three nights. including July 4th, Memorial Day and Labor Day, $425 plus 11% hotel tax = $471.75.
Holiday Rate, additional nights over three. July 4th, Memorial Day and Labor Day, $275.00 plus 11% hotel tax = $305.25.
Fall (September 15 – January 1), Spring (March 15 – May 14)
Nightly Rate, First Three Nights, $275.00 plus 11% hotel tax = $305.25 per night.
Nightly Rate, Additional Nights at Half Price, $137.50 plus 11% hotel tax = $152.62.
Holiday Rate, First Three Nights, Thanksgiving and Christmas, $375 plus 11% hotel tax = $416.25
Holiday Rate, Additional Nights at Half Price, $187.50 plus 11% hotel tax = $208.12
Winter (January 1- March 14)
Nightly Rate, First Three Nights, $220 plus 11% hotel tax = $244.20
Nightly Rate, Additional Nights at Half Price, $110.00 plus 11% hotel tax = $122.10
Holiday Rate, First Three Nights, New Year’s,$325 plus 11% hotel tax = $360.75.
